Villa Paradis is located in the center of the charming village of Cotignac and has a spacious garden, enclosed by a fence. The location is ideal if you’ve spent your evening in the center of the village and you are back home in a minute! From the street it is almost impossible to see the garden and pool. Also noises from the village are largely shielded of by the surrounding buildings. Conveniently 10 minutes away from Chateau de Robernier.

In Cotignac there are two bakeries, a butcher, a fishmonger, a grocery, a bank branch, a supermarket (just outside the village in the direction of Brignoles) and a post office, but above all a lot of attractive terraces of bars and restaurants. Under the sycamore trees in the “Cours” of Cotignac you can dream away with a pastis or a cup of coffee and in the back of your mind the question if you still want to return to the ‘cool’ north.

Living in the village has the advantage that you can enjoy all the village activities and events after which you can get back easily to the quiet atmosphere and the refreshing pool of your villa.

This very special house is only 100 meters from the Market of Cotignac, but still has privacy, a large pool, pool house and many other extras.
It is within a 1 hour car ride, of the cities of Aix-en-Provence, Nice, Cannes, Toulon/Hyeres and Marseille.

The pool is large and can accommodate many friends and family. Next to the pool is a large covered area with outdoor cooking facilities as well as a refrigerator
Cotignac is world renowned for being the quintessential Provence village. It has a fantastic market, several boulangeries, and many cafes and restaurants.

THINGS TO DO
Rocher
This large cliff that surrounds the northern side of town is a great place to explore. This tufa rock cliff that is 400m long and 80m high overlooks the beautiful village of Cotignac. It is also easily visible from our villa that gets its name from this natural wonder.
Sanctuaire Notre-Dame de Graces
A location of Catholic pilgrimage, marked by the apparitions of the Virgin Mary and the baby Jesus on the one hand and Saint Joseph on the other. This makes this little village, the only one in the world where the entire Holy Family has appeared.
Market Shopping
Each Tuesday the market comes to town. This market has a fantastic selection of food and products from the surrounding region
Cafes and Restaurants
The village of Cotignac almost has too many of them to be counted. If you like traditional Provence food, Italian pizza or a fantastic salad with Rose wine... Cotignac has it all
Cascade
A beautiful waterfall that is very close to town and the villa. In warmer months it is a great destination to go a relax and play in the water.
Hiking and Bicycle Riding
Too many kilometers to be discussed. If you like getting off of the beaten path, then Cotignac is for you.
